Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the BajiLive Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information should it change at any point during your account's existence.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. BajiLive will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account access. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, BajiLive requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a clear photograph of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad, front and back) and may additionally be asked to provide proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a one-time process and is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

BajiLive accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, as well as major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted, along with cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.
All account balances, transactions, and payouts on the BajiLive Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with the Platform's anti-money laundering procedures. Estimated processing times are as follows:

BajiLive is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free payment environment. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. BajiLive reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with a User's normal account activity.
Note: BajiLive does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond BajiLive's control.
BajiLive offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. As a general guide, a multiplier of x10 requires that the bonus amount be wagered ten (10) times in total before cashout eligibility applies.
While bonus funds remain active in a User's account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is capped at MYR 250–500, as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute varying percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10–20%; and sports bets may contribute at a separate rate as defined in individual promotion terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed or uncleared bonus funds that remain after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without further notice.
BajiLive maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting promotional terms through low-risk arbitrage strategies, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the BajiLive Platform:
BajiLive reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where evidence of criminal conduct is identified, BajiLive reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the BajiLive Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and interface design, is the exclusive property of BajiLive or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, public display, creation of derivative works, reverse engineering, or any commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of BajiLive.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BajiLive, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
In no event shall BajiLive's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their BajiLive account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BajiLive makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content. BajiLive does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
